What's eating you?

Can we talk? I mean really talk?

For the past few months we have shared our journey, good and bad. We've talked about food and we've talked about exercise. Sometimes its not what you eat; maybe its what's eating you internally. We often eat to pacify lifes pains: family, work, aches and pains -- life.

Yes, the food might help you get through the moment but if you overdue it, it will come back to bite you! Instead of picking up your favorite comfort food the next time you have a problem think twice and go for a walk instead.

Does no one proofread these posts?

"Sometimes its not ... " should be "Sometimes it's not..." - it's is the contraction for it is, not its.

Overdue? Please, the word is overdo.

I try to get past the poor spelling and grammar on this blog. But it's getting tougher with every post. It drives me to Oreos!

I will proof and edit every post, on a volunteer basis, for this blog. I'll watch this space for an indication of interest.

The poor grammar irritates me also, although it is par for the course in the printed medium these days.

What is even more irritating is that this blog no longer has any relevance to its original intention of losing weight. It is some sort of strange blog with random musings about pretty much nothing.
